Yuck
Its been so long since i last posted anything! Well life's been busy but quite enjoyable....though not having much sleep does get a little tiring after a while. Unfortunately, to protect patient privacy and whatnot, i cant really say much abt what ive seen and experienced in hospitals but yes...its been rather interesting and fun! Though sometimes dealing with patients does take quite a bit of patience..... oh well i guess its all part of the learning process!
But yes...today i saw something really disgusting and so i just had to mention it.... After a tiring day in AH, i came home looking forward to a nice relaxing time in front of the tv. But before that i decided to give my eyes a break and admire the greenery that is the park/playground behind my home. Lo and behold the first thing that met my eyes (woe is me) was this small boy peeing on the grass in the middle of the park/playground! GROSS!!!! Thank goodness for curtains....I wasnt disgusted at the sight of peeing (since that isnt much compared to stuff i see in hospital) and I know its quite 'normal' to pee in public at that young an age, but in the middle of a playground??? Where other kids run around barefoot and play with the sand and sit on the grass? Thats just plain unhygienic! And most ppl who go to the playground live around the area...it wouldnt have taken much effort to go home and finish the deed! What if the kid had to poo? Bleagh..... now when i see any droppings in the park, the dogs just might not be the ones to blame....
