God save our Land and Heaven bless our ACS forever!

happy 121st birthday ACS!
happy 30th birthday ACJC!
thank you bishop william fritzjames oldham, for founding ACS!

this is us who showed up minus wei-liang who could not be found.

that's after he was found.

we didn't get one with ms tang.. i just realized. :(

anyway, it was good to be back although somehow things, though always quite the same, feels a bit different=/ i think we're growing old very fast. when they called out all those old alumni from 30, 20, 10 years ago etc, i felt that that really could have been me. ahh. haha. oh well.

i wrote a poem to describe how i feel:

GATHER ye rosebuds while ye may,

Old time is still a-flying :

And this same flower that smiles to-day

To-morrow will be dying.

The glorious lamp of heaven, the sun,

The higher he's a-getting,

The sooner will his race be run,

And nearer he's to setting.

That age is best which is the first,

When youth and blood are warmer ;

But being spent, the worse, and worst

Times still succeed the former.

Then be not coy, but use your time,

And while ye may go marry :

For having lost but once your prime

You may for ever tarry.

haha ok actually a guy called robert herrick wrote that--to the virgins make much of time--not me. i couldn't do so for my life. but anyway this poem is apt not just because of it's carpe diem theme, but also cuz of something else=D=D=D

congratulations to you if you're reading this! we're very happy for you:)

ok anyway i think i have to go now. happy founder's day!
